About Bennett Kidder
Bennett is currently working as an Associate Sourcer with the Software Engineering Recruiting team at Tesla, Inc., where he is helping to hire motivated and talented software engineers for Autopilot and distributed systems. He is immensely fortunate to utilize his passion of recognizing emerging talent and helping individuals land their dream roles — a vocational desire that was sparked during his experience as a Talent Acquisition Intern at Common Hire. In college, Bennett also worked alongside Global Parents for Eczema Research to conduct and recruit participants for a research study that tested effective support system(s) for caregivers of children with moderate to severe eczema.
Bennett is a recent graduate of Pepperdine University in Malibu, CA. He hopes to utilize his degree in Organizational Communication to aid in others’ journeys — both personal and professional — towards a life of purpose, service, and leadership. An effort to enhance his knowledge and capabilities, Bennett is currently pursuing a Master of Communication Management (focus in Strategic & Organizational Communication) through the University of Southern California’s Annenberg School for Communication and Journalism.
